All submissions must be reviewed by 2-3 committee experts. After a rigorous review process, the final papers that meet IEEE's publication standards will be published by IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3195-3624-2) and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, and Scopus for indexing. Other accepted papers will be published by ACM and, once published, will be submitted by ACM to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
